Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. However, we were a little disappointed in a few things that it didn't quite meet our expectations. The partial ocean view was barely ocean view. The bungalow had the tiniest bathroom with a basin sink and no counterspace at all. The A/C was blowing directly on the bed. There were ants infesting the lunch shack on the beach. Only one of the pools had lounge chairs. Just a lot of little things were off but they add up. The highlight was the staff. They were all amazing and couldn't be nicer. Location is superb.

Summary: Loved the landscape! Pool area was excellent, beds super comfortable! The only downside was mosquitoes were really bad when we went so being repellent just in case. Can’t wait to go back again!

Summary: The resort was beautiful! The grounds were beautifully maintained. Palm trees everywhere! We loved the location of our room, which felt more like a cozy cottage. Loved the activities/amenities. Why this wasn’t 5 stars was because the food service staff was operating on a skeleton crew and although some seemed to get pool service, we were overlooked multiple times and had to get our own. Also, there wasn’t enough staff to clean up all the plastic cups and food boxes which on Sunday made the pool area disappointing. Our experience with Drift was similar, I had to ask about our food and learned they only had 1 in the kitchen cooking. They did comp one dish to make it up to us. The staff was nice and wanted us to have a good vacation. The resort itself was amazingly designed.

Summary: This will be the second time i stayed at this hotel my first time i gave it 5 stars but this time i chose a different room and the walls and the floor were so dirty my little one couldnt be walking without shoes on because of how dirty the floor was also the bed had a blood stain on the headboard and the sheets were not clean. Honestly disappointed as cleanness is the first thing i look for in any hotel.

Summary: I would like to say, overall my wife and I enjoyed our visit! We were celebrating her 60th birthday! However, there were a few things that we were dissatisfied with: Your website displays a beautiful beach with beautiful blue beach chairs to lay out and enjoy the beach views, but when we went to the beach, the beach was uninhabitable. There were alot of seaweed and green algae, and it looked too filthy to go in. Also, the pool is too small for a resort that cost so much. Website needs to be updated with current conditions.

Summary: Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The front desk staff, especially Monique and Victoria, were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The food was delicious, our waitress, Rebecca, made each meal feel extra special. The amenities were top-notch, and Markel went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Yoga with Lacey Devin was such a treat, her class felt warm and truly comfortable, a perfect way to unwind. Our room was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. Our only regret was not being able to kayak due to the weather, but that just gives us another reason to come back. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!
